RESPONSIBILITIES: • Completing weekly payroll for hourly employees • Client invoicing • Maintenance of on-site employee records • Credit control and accounts receivable • Processing vendor/supplier invoices • Document control administrative auditing • Other administrative tasks as required QUALIFICATIONS: • High school Diploma – 1-3 years administrative experience in related industry. • Experience with unionized payroll environments, ADP or other large ERP systems would be considered an asset. • Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail • Knowledge of the crane industry is an asset We are offering a competitive compensation package, a comprehensive benefits program, and an excellent working environment.
