The Entry Rigger will perform various tasks in the yard and at work sites, while gaining valuable experience necessary to become a Crane Rigger. They will work under the direction of the manager.

The Entry Rigger will perform various tasks in the yard and at work sites, while gaining valuable experience necessary to become a Crane Rigger. They will work under the direction of the manager.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks in the yard and at work sites as directed.
- Maintain good communication with operators, supervisors and managers.
- Learn and adhere to Sterling Crane standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No experience necessary.
- Successfully pass post offer drug and physical screens and have a background that meets company requirements.
- Strong work ethic with ability to follow directions.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn math applications necessary for rigging.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must be willing to follow safety procedures.
- Employee will be required to have the capability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit and lift daily.
- Ability to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 65lbs.
- Most be able to work in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects and or materials.
