Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. This onsite position is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working closely with employees at all levels. In this role, you’ll handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, and more while ensuring clear communication between management and staff.
Job Duties:
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work culture.
- Translate policies and procedures to ensure clear communication with Spanish-speaking employees.
- Help maintain HR compliance, including I-9 verification, EEO reporting, and OSHA regulations.
- Support timekeeping and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy for hourly employees.
- Provide guidance on benefits enrollment and answer employee questions.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)
- 1-3 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or food production
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
