Machine Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating the lamination or slitting process, ensuring product quality, and maintaining optimal production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :
Prioritize safety by following all established policies and procedures.
Check machine settings and safety devices before operation, set controls, start machines, and load materials.
Perform and demonstrate Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures on slitting and lamination equipment.
Complete production paperwork in alignment with standard operating procedures.
Interpret lamination / slitting production schedules to effectively fulfill production orders.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure materials meet company standards.
Adjust machine temperature, pressure, and speed to optimize lamination processes.
Trim and laminate rolls according to cycle and quality specifications.
Monitor operations for surface and quality defects , ensuring a high standard of output.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to work all shifts and perform overtime as needed.
Experience in quality control is preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
Basic math skills, including the ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control) and ability to apply it to quality processes.
