Title : Operations Administrative Assistant

Location : Baton Rouge, LA

Hire Type : Contract (6 months)

Salary : $24-27 / hrly

Must have : SAP experience

Misc : This role is 100% on-site

The Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for order processing for the facility and support the upcoming SAP implementation.

Other responsibilities include :

  • Daily timecard entry
  • Order processing
  • Contract review
  • Order invoicing
  • Job file creation
  • A / R processing
  • P-Card Management

Requirements :

  • Experience with SAP
  • Previous data entry experience
  • Order processing and invoicing experience
  • 3 yrs office experience
  • HS Diploma
