Job Summary :
This role drives operational excellence by leading and managing the implementation of process improvements and changes across a regulated healthcare manufacturing facility.
J ob Duties :
- Analyze, plan, and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support new processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.
