Job Responsibilities:
- Manages policies, procedures, standards, records, and QMS compliance.
- Directs daily activities, verifies parts/processes, and handles customer complaints.
- Analyzes data, promotes improvement initiatives, and identifies key issues for resolution.
- Supervises quality personnel and manages performance metrics (KPIs).
- Ensures quality in new product development and ongoing production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering Technology (Master's preferred)
- 10 years in Quality Management within a manufacturing/assembly environment.
- ASQ Certification (preferred)
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
