Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced Tool Maker / Machinist to manufacture and repair fixtures, dies, and assembly equipment used in instrument production. This role also involves building prototypes and models as needed.
Job Duties :
- Set up and operate toolroom machines, including drill presses, milling machines (CNC and manual), engine lathes, and surface grinders.
- Manufacture and repair various types of dies, fixtures, and assembly equipment based on drawings or verbal instructions.
- Build prototypes and models for new fixtures, dies, and assembly equipment as directed by the Team Leader or Manufacturing Engineer.
