About the Role :
As an Automation Engineer , you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced automation solutions, optimizing manufacturing processes, and leading technical projects. This is a 100% on-site role where you’ll work with robotics , automation cell integration, and system development to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Translate user requirements into functional designs and technical concepts.
- Provide advanced technical solutions and lead teams through automation processes.
- Devise innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges using robotics and automation
- Conduct plant assessments , define project scope (DOU / SOW), and evaluate vendor quotes
- Manage RFQs / RFIs , collaborate with vendors, and support proposal development.
- Oversee automation project execution, from estimation to customer implementation.
- Integrate robotics PLCs safety systems , and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) for automated work cells.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement through effective project management
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in automation and robotics implementation
