Salary Range: $90k - $100k bonus

About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer with expertise in testing, diagnostics, and debugging to support validation processes across multiple facilities. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong background in electronics and failure analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing, diagnostics, and debugging on dishwashers and washing machines to ensure performance and reliability.
• Conduct failure analysis testing to identify and resolve electronic component issues.
• Validate materials before they are distributed to different facilities.
• Work across multiple buildings and sites, ensuring smooth validation processes.
• Collaborate closely with Supplier Quality Engineers at various locations.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes at the plant level.
  
  

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Strong background in electronics testing, diagnostics, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and failure analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Injection molding experience is a plus, but not required.
