We're looking for a skilled Product Engineer to join our team. As a Product Engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth.
Key Accountabilities
• Drive product enhancements and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to develop and maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, wiring schematics, and piping schematics.
• Assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of custom-engineered systems. Source high-performance components and develop assembly specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct failure analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive customer satisfaction through superior product performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Electrical Engineering with a strong mechanical background) with a background in heating or cooling, HVAC or thermodynamics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for manufacturing, product design, and process efficiency.
