Sterling Engineering is looking for a Field Service Technician for a leading air compressor distributor in Oakdale, PA. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company with great benefits!
Job Duties :
- Provide on-site technical support and repairs for customer equipment
- Explain system operations, features, and benefits to customers
- Perform preventative maintenance on air compressor products
- Inspect and service air compressors, dryers, and related equipment
- Ensure safety and responsibility in all tasks to avoid injuries or property damage
- Understand customer needs, recommend corrective actions, and exceed expectations
- Complete necessary paperwork (work orders, service orders, contracts, etc.)
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer service standards
- Build trust and communicate well with customers and coworkers
- Follow safety procedures and company regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
