OVERVIEW:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, repair, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Deploy software, patches, and updates across various devices
- Manage and track IT asset inventory
- Create and deploy system images for desktops and laptops
- Troubleshoot hardware and software failures
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs
- Assist with network-related issues
- Manage printer supplies and maintenance
- Support users in software selection and implementation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's Degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
- 2-8 years of relevant IT support experience (depending on grade level)
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience with system imaging and deployment
- Microsoft certifications preferred (MCSE a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
