- Set up and adjust machine parameters, including tooling and fixtures, ensuring precise operation and optimal performance.
- Manually machine components using techniques such as milling, drilling, and reaming to meet production requirements.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on equipment to maintain safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production flow.
- Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and reduce setup times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
