This individual will play a key role in building and growing a team of manufacturing engineering representatives while overseeing process improvement-related projects on the manufacturing floor. Job Duties :
Team Leadership : Build, train, and hire team members to form a strong and capable manufacturing engineering team.
Process Improvement : Lead process improvement initiatives on the manufacturing floor to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
CNC Projects : Oversee CNC-related projects, ensuring they meet specifications and are executed in a timely manner.
Project Management : Manage key manufacturing projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they align with company goals and timelines.
Budget Oversight : Develop and manage budgets for manufacturing operations and process improvement projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (engineering, quality, production) to ensure manufacturing processes meet standards and customer requirements.
Performance Metrics : Establish and track manufacturing performance metrics, making adjustments where needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Compliance and Safety : Ensure that all manufacturing operations adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on process improvement and industrial engineering.
Strong experience in overseeing CNC-related projects and operations.
