Salary: $120K - $130K (based on experience) Bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to drive continuous improvement
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with protective measures
- Oversee Quality & Environmental Management Systems and cybersecurity standards
- Use data-driven problem-solving to monitor and enhance site performance
- Align quality strategies with company goals and key business priorities
- Support new product and process launches, ensuring manufacturability and efficiency
- Manage the calibration program, quality lab, and CMM operations
- Maintain quality documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements
- Track, document, and resolve EHS incidents to drive a culture of safety
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related field (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred)
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Operations within high-precision manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of QMS processes and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance
- Proven ability to analyze, improve, and implement quality processes
