Job Duties:
- Help with Upgrades: Give hands-on help to engineering and manufacturing teams when machines are upgraded or changed, and write down any fixes or problems.
- Test Samples: Check customer product samples to see if they work with our equipment.
- Final Checks: Do the last quality and performance tests on machines.
- Install and Fix: Install machines, fix issues, and handle warranty claims quickly by working directly with customers.
- Customer Help: Be there for customers during machine acceptance visits, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Associates Degree or certificate from college or technical school or 5 years experience in a similar role
- Minimally 3 years experience in machine building, service/field technician work, or hands-on experience working with automated machinery
- Must have ability to read 3D drawings, electrical and pneumatic schematics
