- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for fluid valves and pumps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in South and Central America, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector in the region, targeting key accounts and underserved markets.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product expansion and innovation.
- Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert, working closely with technical teams to provide in-depth product knowledge and tailored solutions to clients.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable contracts while meeting customer expectations and needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on fluid handling equipment (valves and pumps).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the oil and gas market, including technical knowledge of fluid valves and pumps, and the ability to apply this knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
