Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial transactions (A/R, A/P, Payroll, General Ledger, Project Accounting)
• Preparing timely monthly financial statements
• Providing financial leadership to support budgeting, costing, and financial performance
• Sales and Use and local taxation compliance
• Providing reports and analysis to support the consolidation function with the head office
• Basic treasury management
• Preparing for and managing the annual audit
• Supervise a staff of two; Accounting Assistant & Accounting Clerk

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 10 years experience in Accounting
• Experience working with an ERP
• CPA Designation is preferred, but not required
• Experience in management and financial accounting
• Inventory experience a plus
