NO REMOTE; 100% ON-SITE POSITION
Are you a hands-on Recruiter with a passion for finding top talent in the manufacturing industry? We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a full-time, onsite position where you’ll play a critical role in recruiting for a variety of manufacturing roles.

Position Summary:
The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for building a talent pipeline for a range of roles within manufacturing and engineering, including Engineers, Technicians, Machinists, and Plant Managers. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you’ll develop proactive sourcing strategies to connect with high-caliber candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for various positions, including Engineers, Technicians, Machinists, Plant Managers, and other key roles within manufacturing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled professionals for current and future needs.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and referrals to connect with a diverse candidate pool.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the internal HR team to hire and onboard direct employees.
- Utilize the company’s ATS (Workday) to track and manage candidates.
- Maintain a proactive pipeline of talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years in talent sourcing, ideally in manufacturing; agency recruiting experience preferred.
- Proven success in sourcing Engineers, Technicians, Machinists, Plant Managers, and similar roles within manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Proficiency with ATS, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; proactive approach to sourcing.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events.
