Technical Recruiter
SYSTEMTEC is adding an experienced Technical Recruiter to our team. ‘Recruiting’ brings together the interests of business, psychology, sociology, HR, and marketing. A mix of art and science, a splash of entertainment and healthy competition, this people-centric industry offers it all! Hybrid in Columbia, SC is preferred for this position.

Responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter at SYSTEMTEC:
- You will partner with our Sales team to source, attract, and hire the best talent available to solve problems and deliver positive results to our client companies.
- You will use a variety of tools to assist you in developing your strategy to identify and consistently engage potential candidates.
- Through conversations with candidates, you will determine and evaluate their needs and motivations, work ethic, sincerity, authenticity, interpersonal, technical capabilities and evaluate them against the requirements of job.
- You will build trust with candidates by doing the things you say you will do.
- You will summarize the detailed backgrounds of the best qualified candidates for client presentations, and you will drive and direct the communication of the hiring process. ·
- You will learn about relevant employment laws and put them into practice.
- You will learn compensation and benefits.
