Direct Hire, 90-100k, plus annual bonus
Sr. Staff Accountant :
This position assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other financial reports and analyses as required. Responsibilities include ensuring integrity of the General Ledger involving payroll and fixed asset accounting, analysis of accruals, and reconciliation of numerous accounts. Also serves as a backup for various other accounting disciplines.
- Various general accounting duties involving reconciling general ledger accounts
- Prepaid Accounting
- Fixed Asset Accounting
- Proficient knowledge of reconciliation and ledger transactions
- Payroll Accounting
- Month-end closings and balancing of various general ledger accounts
- Inventory Accounting
- Backup for Cost Accounting, Treasury, Cash Applications and Sales & Use tax administration.
- Daily production posting
- Assist in yearly functions such as the physical inventories and standard cost roll
- Perform special projects and duties as required.
