Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales and Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the sales and service teams in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. This position plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to the efficiency and growth of the sales and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative duties such as preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer data.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales documentation, project requirements, and other paperwork.
- Customer Service Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order status.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns when necessary.
- Assist in preparing production documents.
- Assist in scheduling orders into production based on customer expectation.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases related to sales and service.
- Coordinate communication between sales, service, and other departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Ensure that all administrative processes adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Product Knowledge:
- Keep up to date with product offerings and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in training customers on products and services as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sale, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within a service-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
