Duties

- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor fleet management systems to track vehicle locations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism in phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and managing client relationships.
Experience
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.
