Dispatcher - Customer Service

• B&Z Logistics INC. is a leading Logistics company specializing in T/L, transportation solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented T/L Dispatcher to join our dynamic team and help ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to customer requests and specifications.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries and resolving any delays.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams to provide updates and address issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery times, and transportation costs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
