Job Summary
Sterling Forever is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative responsible for taking care of the customer service experience by assisting customers with product issues and helping to maintain a high customer retention level. Handles the daily communication from our customers and addresses customer product issues and concerns. Guides the public through the process with patience and expertise. Responding quickly to customer needs on all platforms via telephone and e-mail.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current.
2. Respond to telephone calls and e-mails from customers in a quick and efficient manner within the guidelines established by the Company.
3. Maintain a positive customer service relationship by working with customers to resolve their issues in a patient and professional manner.
4. Deliver excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers and assist in creating alternative methods in responding to their needs.
5. Processing returns by putting merchandise back in stock and encouraging exchanges in every attempt to keep the customer.
6. Counting merchandise when handling inventory control
7. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications Required:
· High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year E-commerce, retail, inventory and customer service experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Must be positive, hard-working, multitasking, enthusiastic and energetic
· Detail-oriented with great customer service skills and a positive attitude
· Dependable and able to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
· Strong computer skills in MS Office with ability to learn other systems that the company utilizes
· Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
