Job Summary:
As a Social Media Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness through various digital platforms, specifically Instagram and Tik Tok. This role requires creativity, social media expertise, and a passion for fashion and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
- Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and visuals for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for promotional content, brand campaigns, and product features.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, ensuring Sterling Forever remains a leader in digital engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align content with brand strategy.
Live Hosting & Community Engagement:
- Host and moderate TikTok Live sessions, engaging with audiences to promote products, answer questions, and drive sales.
- Interact with followers across social media platforms, fostering brand loyalty and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and respond in real time to viral moments and customer interactions.
Collaboration & Project Management:
- Work with multiple departments to create visually engaging content that aligns with Sterling Forever’s marketing objectives.
- Capture live content at events, requiring some weekday evening and weekend availability.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or video production.
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social media trends.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a team.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
