About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant. This role focuses on administrative responsibilities while also providing excellent customer service support and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
Manage and organize documents in the online workdrive.
Coordinate and manage the diagramming and rendering process with customers, including intake forms, communication, and file management.
Assist with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing.
Communicate with vendors and contractors.
Assist with company internal events, such as employee parties, meals, and recognitions.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Customer Service:
Monitor and respond to customers and vendors in ticketing systems and chats as well as assigning tickets out to other persons or departments.
Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with questions about orders, payments, warranties/returns, online account troubleshooting, etc.
As needed, working with the shipping department if questions arise regarding customer orders, contacting the customer for clarification and providing answer to warehouse.
Special Projects:
Maintain office supplies, SWAG inventory, and employee uniform inventory.
Provide administrative support for events.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
Ability to handle a dynamic workload, switching between administrative tasks, customer service, and special projects as needed.
