Sterling Medical is looking for the clinical staff member who will be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate Sterling Medical's vision for their patients, members and investors. This vision consists of a concierge approach of bringing the patient and the provider closer together and eliminating the frustrations that occur frequently within healthcare organizations. The clinical staff member has a crucial role to help facilitate the patient experience into one where they are taken care of in a professional manner and their cares and concerns have been addressed.

Sterling Medical uses strong multitasking clinical staff who are capable of delivering quality care to a multitude of patients with diverse conditions and illnesses. The clinical staff provides direct and indirect professional patient care in the urgent care setting that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility indicative of professional practice under the supervision of the onsite provider.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB |
EDUCATION: a) At least one year within a clinical setting. b) Radiology certification preferred. c) Phlebotomy/IV certification preferred. d) BLS certification e) Computer literate.
OTHER: a) Solid written and verbal communication skills. b) Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise c) Excellent organizational skills. d) Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. e) Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written. f) Excellent customer service skills. g) Additional languages preferred.

b) In addition, the clinical staff member has empathy for the pain and suffering of patients. They are able to feel compassionate and provide comfort.
