Work / life balance! Outpatient clinic. 4 day work schedule with 8 hours offered for admin ; one weekend shift per month is required. Walk into an established patient panel primarily supporting adults. Average daily census : 20-25 patients. Epic EMR. Spanish language skills highly desirable.

Requirements :Compensation :
- Guaranteed base salary
- Productivity incentives (eligible up to $10K; paid bi-annually)
- Stipend for bilingual language skill (up to $8250 / annually)
- Supervision of NP (stipend $2640 / annually)
- Loan repayment programs (NHSC and PSLF)
- 26 days PTO (vacation / sick / holidays) annually
- 401k retirement (5% employer match)
