What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Team for Mobile Home Community position at Sterling Properties Real Estate Services, LLC?
Our company is currently looking for a professional and responsible team to fill the role of On-Site Property Managers. The Property Managers will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at a Mobile Home Community. Tasks include maintaining property, screening prospective tenants, collection and processing of rent payments, enforcing leases and securing premises. Housing is part of the compensation package, living onsite in the Managers Unit is required.
Sample Property Manager Tasks
- Act as liaison between tenants and property owners
- Perform tenant screenings
- Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner
- Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, performing landscaping, snow removal and enforcing rules of occupancy
Sample Property Manager skills
- 5 years experience in property management
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to do manual labor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Property Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Waldport, OR 97394: Relocate before starting work (Required)
