Sterling Septic and Plumbing is an established septic and plumbing company providing services in King and Pierce County. We are a growing company looking for a Septic Pump Truck Operator to join our team. Candidates with CDL experience may find this a great opportunity to transition into a fast growing industry, and we'll teach you the septic side of things. This is a highly physical job working in all kinds of weather, and where working overtime is the norm.

This is a mid-level role where you will be working with a great team of technicians, learning workflow processes, and building your supervisory skills. You'll also be the hero to customers who have septic issues.
Pay Range: $26 - $36 p/hr plus overtime
Benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance with monthly premiums paid at 100% for the employee. Employees are eligible to participate after 90 days of employment.

- 40 hours of paid vacation the first year with increases up to 120 hours of paid vacation based on years worked.
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Class B Commercial Drivers’ License or higher and insurable through company insurance carrier.
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience.
- Must pass drug and background screening.
- Clean driving record (fewer than 3 points).
- Must be able to perform physical aspects of the job without accommodation.
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Work overtime as needed (this is a frequent occurrence).
- Septic experience (Not required but preferred).
- Complete O&M level 1 testing within 6 months of hire date. (We can assist with this)
- Able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge and ability to work with tools used on the job in a safe manner.
