Utilizes experience with logistics, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, engineering drawings and Continuous Improvement within a supply chain environment.

Essential Functions:
- Consistently demonstrate commitment and support for the Sterling Vision and Mission, policies, and procedures.
- Pursues continuous improvement activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within area of responsibility.
- Use discretion in management of the company mat assets through the complete product lifecycle from new inventory, multiple customer job site placements, repair through end of life.
- Provide support in the demand planning process working collaboratively with sales, construction services, materials management, logistics and manufacturing.
- Maintain a perpetual forecast of asset rental and sale requirements in each region to support ongoing projects and quarterly develop 12-month mat asset forecasts based on project demand, product mix, repair and end of life.
- Assists with directing the allocation and delivery of mats to specific customer job sites based on location and availability of mat type and quantity.
- Attend meetings with sales and construction teams to develop regional asset inventory levels to meet the expected project demand.
- Confirm and monitor the mat asset inventory against the sales forecast to communicate needs for additional investment and resources to meet on time delivery requirements.
- Responsible for measuring and improving the service life of the assets to maximize the company's return on investment.
- Manages the mat repair processes to reduce costs and prioritize back log across the supply chain.
- Uses discretion to monitor, analyze and review key planning parameters including inventory levels and accuracy within the Supply Chain to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Works closely with the Logistics Team to reduce freight costs to regions and job-to-job asset allocation.
- Maintains knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing / capacity planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment processes.
- Provides support to cross-functional teams related to manufacturing, planning, reporting, and purchasing improvement initiatives.
- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience in materials management, supply chain or related field.
- A minimum of 7 years' previous experience in production planning, and/or asset planning and management.
- Previous experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is required, Navision MRP is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced Excel knowledge is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required.
- Must have strong organizational/ time management skills, attention to detail with proven ability to meet deadlines.

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
