We don't just enter numbers in QB, or on a tax return, and send them out. We are successful because our in-depth tax knowledge of the tax code is a critical part to how we help people save money. As a member of the team, you will be working closely with our clients to assist in reducing their overall tax rates and maximizing their deductions.
About You...
We're looking for a Tax Specialist who is friendly, caring, fits our culture, is very tech-savvy, is deeply ethical, and loves helping others.
You have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. You are a very self-motivated, well-rounded, out-of-the-box thinker, who enjoys contributing as a high-performing team member.
Additionally, you are experienced with Lacerte, QuickBooks Online and other cloud accounting apps. You have strong verbal and written communication skills. You enjoy working independently (especially with being remote), and like being a team-player.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial reporting and bookkeeping.
- Conduct tax planning and provide guidance on estate planning and trusts.
- Collaborate with clients to address inquiries and communicate tax strategies effectively.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice.
