Job Type: Contract
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in EVS or housekeeping management.
- Must be located outside a 65-mile radius of Pioneers Medical Center.
- Ability to work independently with limited management direction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the EVS department staff across all shifts, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Ensure proper training of staff in accordance with hospital and departmental policies.
- Maintain scheduling of staff to meet the hospital, clinic, and long-term care needs.
- Act as the bridge between staff, customers, and the department in the absence of the department director.
- Operate within budgetary constraints while ensuring smooth operations of the department.
