Job Description:
We are seeking LTC LPNs to join our team at for a 13-week contract. The role will primarily involve working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing home setting. Additional details will be discussed during the interview.
Job Title: LTC LPN - Days
Location: Lowville, NY
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift: Day Shift, 12-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vitals and document any changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care and safety.
- Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate care.
Submission Requirements:
- Active New York LPN license.
- 1 years of experience in LTC or relevant nursing environment.
- BLS/BCLS certification.
- Available to work 12-hour day shifts and required holidays
