Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Location: Mauston, WI
Pay Range: $50 - $54 per hour
Shifts: 8 & 12-hour shifts (Day & NOC)
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assist with daily patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient conditions, treatments, and responses accurately and timely.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact state).
- BLS certification (required or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in SNF or long-term care preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
