Job Summary
As an RN in Long-Term Care, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ health conditions and respond to changes promptly.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health records like PointClickCare or MatrixCare.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Experience & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Certifications: Current BLS certification required.
- Licensure: Active RN license in North Dakota.
