Entry-Level Accounting Assistant

Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a highly motivated full time Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Team.

As an Accounting Assistant your challenge will be to ensure accurately and timely processing of customer payments and provide support to dealership managers regarding customer accounts by;

• Accurately process electronic, check, and cash payments into Great Plains
• Perform data entry, journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting duties
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer information
• Clearly communicate with internal customers via phone, email, and face-to-face to resolve customer account inaccuracies
• Create and issue reports to internal customers

• Other duties, as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Accounting for Finance Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Previous accounting or data entry experience, A/R experience preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
