Title : Partner Business Manager Administrator
Location : North Sioux City, SD
Reports to : Sr. Director of Strategic Programs & Partner Alliances
Job Description : The Partner Business Manager Administrator will play an important role in supporting the Partner Management team through operational duties to assist Sterling’s over all business objectives and upholding Sterling’s partnerships. The PBM Administrator will collaborate with the Partner Business Management team and the Sr. Director of Partner Alliances to complete tasks as assigned. This role is not responsible for managing partner accounts but will help with the administrative duties across many accounts. In this role, the PBM administrator needs to be extremely detail oriented, organized, excellent communication skills, and strong abilities to work as a member of a team.
Required Education / Experience : Acollege degree is required for this role. The individual should be self-motivated, detail oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills, manage time efficiently, professional in a corporate setting, and be able to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Experience : MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook)

- Certification tracking and execution management
- Partner visit requests and management
- Sponsorship funding tracking and communications
- Building tours
- Small group presentations
- Special projects as assigned by the Sr. VP of Partner Alliance, Sr. Director of Strategic Programs & Partner Alliances, or Partner Business Managers
