Job Overview
The Human Resources Assistant will provide critical support to the Senior Director of Human Resources, focusing on employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR document management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Hiring and Onboarding: Assist in the hiring process, ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, and coordinate new employee setups.
- HR Document Management: Prepare and communicate new hires' first day schedule, edit and organize HR documents and policies, and maintain accurate records.
- Audit and Compliance: Assist in audits of employee personnel data and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees, referring complex questions to the Senior Director of Human Resources.

Requirements:
- Education: An associate degree in Human Resources or a similar business-related field is required.
