We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow our network.
About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential leads, helping them understand the benefits of joining Stern at Home Therapy. You will play a key role in our growth efforts, handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and ensuring a smooth process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively contact leads via phone, email, and text to introduce them to Stern at Home Therapy.
- Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients, understand their goals, and highlight how Stern can provide the solution they seek.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads in Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with team members and managers to refine outreach approaches and improve conversion rates.
- Follow-Ups & Closing: Address clients' concerns, provide additional information, and guide them through the process.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, outside sales, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, actively listen, and confidently explain the value of our services.
- Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and enjoys hitting targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce, email platforms, and other software.
- Healthcare or Therapy Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with the home visits or therapy industry is a plus.
