Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who can accurately process and manage payments to vendors, maintain financial records, and ensure timely payments.

Responsibilities

Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Prepare and process electronic transfers, ACH payments and check payments
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and perform account reconciliations
- Maintain vendor master
- Monitor AP aging reports and assist with cash flow management
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Prepare 1099 reporting
- Support other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

Prior experience in accounts payable or similar role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
