The Warehouse Coordinator/ Attendant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by managing inventory, organizing stock, ensuring efficient warehouse procedures, and ensuring inventory, tools, and equipment are available for our technicians in good working order as needed. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of warehouse operations and an ability to maintain safety and industry standards in the facility.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and stock products from suppliers and perform incoming quality inspections.
- Move products around warehouse, operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Products and supplies as needed.
- Maintain company vehicle fleet (maintenance, inventory, records, etc).
- Ensure warehouse is in compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Serve as back up for parts runner.
- Support other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of warehouse experience
- Familiarity with HVAC & Plumbing industry is a plus
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Good computer data entry skills

Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
- May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity is 20/hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
