Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Transmit detailed service requests to mechanics, ensuring clarity in communication regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Provide accurate estimates for services, including brake repair and diesel engine repair, while explaining the necessary work to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the service team to align customer expectations with available services and timelines.
- Manage service writing tasks efficiently, documenting all services performed and parts used.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on dealership policies, procedures, and automotive technology advancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repairs and maintenance.
- Familiarity with auto service management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Experience with brake repair or diesel engine repair is advantageous but not mandatory.
