RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance.
- Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to meet their requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Keep up with the expected 250-300 outbound dials per day to hand off potential clients to our licensed agents
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.
- Schedule appointments for insurance agents to follow up with interested clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
