Job Summary
Steven Automotive is seeking an optimistic, energetic, and driven Sales Associate. Our Sales Team sells with a consultative approach and is committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele.

- Be given a full sales and phone skill training curriculum
- Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed with the sales process
- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
- Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
- Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
- Possess an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
- Maintain an outgoing, friendly personality, especially when handling objections
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Possess strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Hospitality experience, preferred
- Sales experience is a plus, but not preferred
Salary : $45,000 - $100,000
