A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE LEAD
As an Administrative Lead, you are the go-to person for our admin staff. You oversee our operators and receptionists. Under your excellent leadership, they are inspired to provide the best possible customer service at all times. You are a problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude. When you speak directly to clients about their needs, you are friendly and patient. You collect missing tax documents from clients, making sure that files are in order and that the accountants and tax preparers have what they need. Both clients and staff enjoy working with you. And, you get great satisfaction out of keeping everything organized and making sure that everyone has what they need!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE LEAD
- 5 years of administrative experience
- Phone skills
- Computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Leadership ability
- Some tax knowledge (Not a requirement, but a plus)

WORK SCHEDULE
From January through April 15th, this full-time administrative position works 40-50 hours/week, Monday - Friday at our office. May - December, hours are 32 hours/week, Monday - Thursday.
