Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a Regional HR strategy in harmony with global initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering strategic counsel on all HR matters.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent lifecycle processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and career development. Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and advance top talent across the region.
- Employee Engagement: Lead efforts to cultivate an engaged workforce by implementing strategies that enhance employee experience and align with the organization’s values.
- Leadership Development: Create and facilitate impactful leadership development programs, equipping managers with the tools to lead effectively with accountability and integrity.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing HR operations at a regional or global scale
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP are highly desirable.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
