Job Description
The Project and Administrative Coordinator in the Division of Enrollment Management will be responsible for working closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) and the Enrollment Management Leadership team on key initiatives and day-to-day support. While reporting to the VPEM, this position will need to work closely with other colleagues within the division as well as teams across the university. This position will have an opportunity to learn about the operational responsibilities of each area within Enrollment Management (undergraduate admissions; pre-college programs; financial aid; events, communications, and administration; and systems, data and reporting) and will have an opportunity to take part in responsibilities supporting each of these areas. A successful candidate in this position can work independently, while on a larger team, and is proactive and eager to contribute and make an impact in their approach to the work.

Project Tasks
- Collaborate with Enrollment Management (EM) leads on strategic initiatives, assisting with testing, review, and implementation. Projects range from university-wide initiatives to EM-specific efforts.
- Provide project management and support for special projects and ad-hoc requests across the division.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide insights for division matters, including program development and renaming efforts.
